AutoMixer - Automatic Volume Control

The program AutoMixer is intended for automatic control of volume level. This program can be used for hearing MP3-music, radio of viewing TV or playing games. The flexible tuning will allow you effectively use by the program in all cases. As the program works with standard mixers means and does not use any additional drivers, it can work only with those sound cards, which have sound level indicator in the mixer structure (for example, SB Live! Value).

Stereo Tool

Stereo Tool is a free Winamp plugin that can be used to manipulate sounds. It was originally created to repair phase shift problems in stereo recordings, but it can do a lot more, such as keeping the playback of each song at the same volume.
Features:- A singleband compressor/limiter - This can be used to make soft sounds louder or loud sounds softer, and to reduce loud peaks in the sound.
An 8-band multiband compressor/limiter - If one song contains a lot of bass, and the next contains a lot of treble, this filter can make them sound equal.
A stereo separation widener/narrower - With this you can let both speakers play all the instruments at the same level (so if you only hear one speaker, you don't miss any sounds), and still keep a part of the stereo effect.
A stereo phase shift widener/narrower - Useful if you have a mono output channel: Sounds converted to mono using this filter sound just as full and powerful as the original stereo recording. Also useful if you want to repair bad recordings that have stereo phasing problems, or if you just want to hear an increased stereo without moving the instruments. This enables transforming any recording to mono without audiable artifacts, and achieving better quality encoding for low bitrate MP3 files.
A channel delay filter - Play back one channel with a small delay to create a fake stereo effect.
A lowpass filter - Useful if you want to feed the Winamp output into an FM transmitter. This filter can completely remove any FM pilot tone interference. Also useful to hear how a recording would sound on an AM station etc.

WavTrim

WavTrim was originally created because Audio-CD song extraction is not very accurate (you easily get a little bit of the end of the previous track, or of the beginning of the next track). It is possible to trim each track by hand (using a regular WAV editor software), but that's tedious. So WavTrim first purpose was to scan and clean WAV files, removing silence and any left over pieces of another track. It can normalize the volume. It can batch-process several WAV files at once.

Virtual Piano

This application can be use as a virtual piano for all you MIDI devices, such as your Sound Card or another MIDI tone generator. Almost every MIDI parameter can be change via the user interface. Virtual Piano is optimized for use with Yamaha Synthesizers, but should have no problem with other ones. This project is a good start for people who want to learn more about MIDI programming under Windows.

Wave Splitter

Wave Splitter is a freeware utility that allows you to extract a sample from a .wav file without loading it into memory. No matter how big your source wave file is (it may be hundreds of megabytes!), if you want to sample a part of it, you can do it very quickly, without wasting RAM.

Sound Control

Sound Control is a freeware replacement Windows Sound Mixer applet which together with most of the features of the standard Windows mixer it also allows you to add hot keys to adjust any combination of your sound mixer volumes. SweepGen

SweepGen turns a PC into an Audio Oscillator and Sweep Generator which can be used for testing audio or educational purposes. In conjunction with audio test instruments, you can make frequency response plots. SweepGen uses the sound card in your PC to produce sinewaves that are mathematically correct almost to CD quality, indeed it's more likely that the quality of your PC sound card will be the limiting factor rather than the code in SweepGen. V3.1.0 should support a wide range of sound systems and requires the Delphi 5 runtime library.
