Web Email Cloaker is a simple utility for webmasters to beat the spam-spiders by cloaking email contact information in obfuscated or complex JavaScript code. Web Email Cloaker uses multiple methods of cloaking together, to create email contact code that displays correctly, but is utterly unreadable by email-hunting spam robots. To use, just download the program and run. The program is entirely self-contained and requires no installation (it can also be run directly from fixed media such as Flash card or CD). Safe E-Mail Links Scout

One of the most common ways to get an e-mail address is to extract it from a scanned web page using a spam-bot (spam + robot, automatic software that extracts e-mails). You can substitute regular e-mail HTML code with a special HTML code that uses javascript capabilities. In that case, the valid e-mail address becomes available only when someone moves a cursor over it. Spam-bots can not process e-mails protected by this option, because, as a rule, they don't know how to execute javascript code.

Obfusticated Email Link Creator

What OELC will do is munge your email address for use in web pages so spammers will have a harder time grabbing your email. Usage is simple, enter the email address you want to obscure then enter some text you want the link to say and select a format option, click create it and OELC will create html code for the link and copy it to the clipboard for you to paste in the HTML code of your webpage.
