Here are some good freeware FTP programs to help you upload your files to your web server.An FTP Client is simply another name for a software program that enables you to download and upload files between your computer and a web server.
FTPUpload  FTPUpload is a program that uploads files from a PC to a Web site using FTP, with two button clicks. It will only upload files that have changed since the last upload, FTPUpload will create any necessary directories on the FTP server. Directories that have an "_v" prefix on the PC are ignored. There is a tree deletion option that allows for an entire directory structure on the FTP server to be deleted. The registry is not used and no system files are updated, all files are copied to a single directory. It is multi lingual, English, French and German. To download the file click on FTPUpload on the lefthand menu of the author's web site.

FTP Client This is ftp client software. Using this software, files can be transferred from Linux/Unix ftp servers to windows environment. Enter server ip address, username and password to connect to the ftp server. After connection is established, go to server dialog to put or get a file from ftp server. To get a file, click on the file to be ftped from server and select a file in the windows environment. To put a file, click on the From button, and select the file to be ftped to the server. File can be ftped either on binary mode or text mode.

Racing Turtle FTP Racing Turtle FTP contains a variety of features which distinguish from other FTP clients: It allows you to distinguish two directories as base directories. As keeping the directory architecture on your hard drive and on the web is common, the program allows you to navigate both simultaneously.
The file listings are color coded according to their existance on both the server and the hard drive and which is newer.
Racing Turtle FTP uses an update button to transfer files. It follows your mouse as you select files and directories to be transferred.
You can start your transfers once you've selected all the files to be transferred, so that you can work on different work as the program is transferring.
