JPEG Lossless Rotator

Have you ever thought that when you rotate a JPEG photo you lose its quality? When you want to rotate a JPEG image or photo, most image editors decode the image, rotate the bitmap and then reencode the JPEG. This process slightly decreases the final image quality. But, unlike other tools, this does not recode your image but performs a special lossless block transformation. As a result, the rotated image has exactly the same quality as the original. Two possible thumbnail quality/speed settings and shell integration feature (this allows you to rotate a JPEG image through a right-click on the file). Free, simple, and useful.

ksResizer is a free image resizing program that is packed with features. You can resize images, create thumbnails, rotate, change the dpi, add borders, add shadows, round the corners, change the compression ratio, and much more! Features:- Resize images. Rotate images. Convert image formats (to and from: jpg, gif, tiff, bmp, jpg2000, raw, pcx, png, etc). You can also add prefixes and/or suffixes to the filenames. Create thumbnails. Image compression. Avi4Bmp

Avi4Bmp is a tool to convert an AVI, an MPG or a GIF to one large PNG (or BMP) 32bit file with all the frames in rows and columns. But you can do the exact opposite! Read a grid with an image, and build back an AVI, or separate it in multiple PNG files! Plus, the "Convert Back" function allows you to split a big image in tile, saving them as a png sequence.
Note:- several AVI codecs doesn't support 32bit images, so if you want to build an AVI, remember to reduce the bit depth to 24.

PictureClip

PictureClip enables the user to import an image into it and cut the image into individual picture files by the process of "drawing" lines on the application for the sections. The application will import image formats of BMP, GIF, and JPG; and will export in either JPG or BMP format. For those that use this application for creating images for their web pages, PictureClip will now generate the HTML for them as well.

EzMagnifier

EzMagnifier is a small utility to magnify a portion of the screen where you can choose the zooming factor and you can resize the magnified portion itself to suite your needs. You can capture the image of the magnified area and the program saves it in the same folder of the program and you can save multiple captures as the program save them sequentially.

Mask Maker

Mask Maker is designed for anyone using BitBlt graphics but is can be used for anything where you need to turn a coloured image into black and white. All the program does is scan the imported bitmap image and change every colour apart from the one you have selected into black and replaces the selected colour with white. It then saves it to a file you select. Simple really.
